Best Western Plus Beckley Inn

Particularly good and easy location, it was so close to many restaurant, Beckley on business and the world famous Tamarack. I had the queen room which was neat with 2 beds:)))

My room included a seating area, a hair dryer, and climate control. It was based in neat building in a convenient and easy location, to Myrtle Beach. Further, it was short walk to the interstate and area restaurants and Campestre...

The bed of mine was uncomfortable.

Just the location

The motel was old and needs updated. The bathroom was old and the tub/shower caulking was dirty and coming apart. The mattress on the bed was horrendous, way too soft and beat up.

Pleasant customer oriented staff

Facilities, torn hallway wallpaper, rusty fixtures in bathroom & tub, advertised as newly renovated but disappointing when got there, also on line rating on booking site was 4.5 or 4.3 out of 5 & 8.3 of 10 but based on our experience this was anything but that especially for the price. Not up to typical Fairfield inn standards we have experienced before.

Desk staff wonderful and welcoming.

As I walked down the hall to my room, the smell of cleaning fluid was so strong I was thinking about leaving the hotel, it made me feel ill. After turning the fan high in the room, I got over it; but this would be a barrier in future reservations.

Felt like home great breakfast to start the day.

Beds were comfy and my 2 year old loved the breakfast :)

Drain in shower stopped up. Didn't have enough time to wait for someone to fix so only 1 person got a shower before checkout.

Excellent mattresses Fair breakfast

The location offers quick access to the highway and various dining options nearby. The room wassuper clean and cozy, albeit showing signs of age with some cosmetic issues like bubbling wallpaper in the hallways. Breakfast had good variety, though noise from other guests occasionally disrupted the otherwise quiet ambiance. A solid choice for travelers passing through, with the added perk of pet-friendly accommodations.

Furniture was outdated

The next morning the TV stopped working properly and would not show digital channels. We called for service and it could not be fixed before leaving. We were given a 25.00 dollar discount.

Location by good places to eat , close to interstate. The only problem is Marriot rewards customer can ' t get additional rebates mine being senior person. The reason booked through booking service.

One nut missing on toliot seat a little moving when setting down

Great location and free parking. Shower lukewarm, couldn't get any hot water.
